摘要
共轴光学系统中心误差控制的优劣直接影响了光学系统的最终成像质量,合理的镜框结构有助于中心误差的控制。在总结了设计前需进行的准备工作的基础上,根据光学系统定心精度要求、生产批量和制造中定心基准轴的选定,将镜框结构分成三类,着重阐述了它们的结构特点、优缺点和适用范围,为镜框结构设计提供参考。
The quality control of centering error in coaxial optical system directly affects the final image quality of the optical system. Rational structure of the lens frame is helpful to control the centering error. The necessary preparations before the design of the lens frame are summed up. According to the requirements of the centering accuracy of the optical system, production batch and the selecting of the manufacturing centering axis, the lens frames are divided into three kinds. It places emphasis on their structure features, advantages and disadvantages as well as the application, providing reference for lens frame structure design.
