摘要
由于桑叶采摘机主运动系统的精度要求较高,为了降低各相关零部件的加工难度,而又能保证主运动系统的装配精度,对桑叶采摘机主运动系统误差来源进行分析,找出产生误差的主要因素,然后采用修配法和调整法对主运动各零部件的公差进行分析计算。在采用修配法计算时,将平面尺寸链转化为直线尺寸链,以活塞销钉到活塞端部的距离A1为修配环,最后计算出修配环的尺寸。对于桑叶采摘机来说,由于调整件接触处的刚度要求不高,采用调整法效果较好。
Because the precision of the main motion system of mulberry leaves plucking machine is high, its source of error is analyzed and the key factors of influence error are .found for assuring assemble precision of the main motion system in the case of reducing machining difficulty of interrelated parts. The parts tolerance of main motion are analyzed and calculated by repair method and adjust method. In repair method, the plane dimension chain is translated into line dimension chain, and the distance of between piston pin and piston end is selected to repair loop, finally the dimension of repair loop is calculated. The adjust method are better because the request of rigidity in contact of adjust part is not high for mulberry leaves plucking machine.
