摘要
目的:通过药理实验确定海风藤挥发油抗风湿作用。方法:采用热板法、棉球肉芽法、耳肿胀法。结果:海风藤挥发油各剂量组均表现出明显的抗炎镇痛作用。结论:实验结果提示海风藤挥发油具有抗风湿作用。
OBJECTIVE To determine the effect of oil from Piper Kadsura stem on Rheumatoid Arthritis（RA） by pharmacological experiment. METHODS Hot-plate test,rat granulama caused by cotton ball test, mice＇s ear-swelling test were used. RESULTS Oil from Piper Kadsura stem had the obvious inhibiting effects on inflammation and pain. CONCLUSION The result suggests that oil from Piper Kadsura stem have the effect of anti-rheumatism.
