摘要
介绍了将软锰矿、硫铁矿和硫酸在一定条件下进行氧化还原反应,浸出锰,再将所得硫酸锰溶液经过除杂、浓缩结晶、干燥等工序,生产硫酸锰的新工艺。解决了煅烧还原法生产硫酸锰工艺中涉及的锰回收率低,工业生产粉尘污染大,固定资产投资大,劳动强度高等问题。特别是通过研究和工业应用,解决了湿法生产硫酸锰成本控制和质量控制的技术关键,为低品位软锰矿的利用找到了出路。该工艺条件下生产的硫酸锰产品质量稳定,锰浸出率90%以上,综合回收率80%以上。
This paper introduces the new technology of producing manganese sulphate. This new technology utilize the redox reaction of pyrolusite, pyrite and sulfuric acid under certain conditions to soak out manganese ( i. e. manganese sulphate solution ). The manganese sulphate is produced after going through such procedures as impurity elimination, concentration and drying etc.. Comparing with calcination reduction process, it solves many problems, such as low recovery rate of manganese, grievous dust pollution,large permanent investment and high labor intensity etc.. Especially, the key technique for cost and quality control of producing manganese sulphate by wet method has been overcome a good way for utilizing low - grade has been found pyrolusite with low grade. The manganese sulphate produce by this technology has stable quality. The soaking rate and comprehensive recovery rate is over 90% and 80% respectively.
