摘要
用全面质量管理的理论,了解企业背景,弄清存在的质量问题和产生质量问题的环节,再采用对策表法进行分析,找准电解金属锰生产中各环节对全面质量管理的影响与对策措施,最后用落实责任人和限定完成时间的方法直接应用于电解金属锰生产实践。帮助企业提高了产品质量,降低了生产成本,完善了企业质量管理体系和制度,保证了质量管理体系深入、持续、有效的运行与改进,改善了环境状况,改进了生产工艺,推动了企业经济效益和社会效益的全面提高。
In order to control the problem of quality, the theory,method and idea of total quality control（TQC） are applied in this paper, which are based on the background of enterprise. Firstly, it studies and analyzes every stages of creating quality problems, then we capture the effect and measure among every stage of electrolytic manganese produce with total quality control by using laws of countermeasure, and adoptes the methods of fulfilling personal responsible and completing their mission with limited time to directly apply in the production practice of electrolytic manganese at last. It helps enterprise improve quality of the products by the enactment of standard,the establishment of system,the fulfillment of quarters role, popularity and publicity of TQC etc. It reduces the cost of production, perfected the system of quality control of enterprises, assuring the running and improving of quality control system with deeply, continuously and effectively. The accomplishment of measures against environmentence ameliorates environment condition and production process. We should point out that the applying of ration target control in production of manganese can promot the increasing of the enterprise＇ s economic benefits and social benefits.
