摘要
目的从蕨麻中分离纯化高纯度蕨麻苷。方法蕨麻提取物经大孔树脂处理后,结合硅胶柱、ODS柱色谱,分离得到化合物单体—蕨麻苷。结果该工艺方法分离的蕨麻苷纯度为98.6%。结论该方法简单易行,为制备高纯度的蕨麻苷对照品提供了一种经济、可行的方法。
Aim To isolate and purify high-purity potentilla anserina galactoside from Potentilla anserina L. Methods Potentilla anserina L. extract was treated by macroporous resin before, compound monomer-potentilla anserina galactoside was separated and gained on silica gel and ODS column, Results The purity of potentilla anserina galactoside was up to 98.6%. Conclusion High-purity potentilla anserina galactoside reference substance could be prepared feasibly and economically by the proposed method.
