高校实验室建设规划工作非常重要，它的决策成功与否直接影响到学校整体发展和人才培养，该文就实验室建设规划中的有关问题提出论点。
The planning and construction of laboratories in higher education is very important. The success of decision making directly effects the talent cultivation and the whole development of the university, The paper proposes some points of view on the planning and construction for laboratories.
