摘要
本文在对湖北省饮用水源保护的现状和法律调控的不足进行分析的基础上,提出完善湖北省饮用水源保护法律调控的必要性；分析了完善湖北省饮用水源保护法律调控应遵循的指导思想和基本原则,并创新相应的法律制度,对湖北省饮用水源法制建设进行了探索。
On the basis of the status of drinking water source protection and the scarcity of legal adjustment and control in Hubei province, the paper presents the necessity of building the legal adjustment and control system on drinking water source protection in Hubei province, puts forward the guiding thoughts and basic principles in perfecting the legal adjustment and control system on drinking water source protection and innovating the related legal system in Hubei province. The paper also probes into the building of legal system in Hubei province.
