摘要
马钢二铁总厂两台300m2烧结机,年产烧结矿约700万吨。两台烧结机的鼓风带式冷却机可产生395℃烟气约80万m3/h,直接排入大气。马钢通过建设烟气输送系统、余热锅炉、凝汽式汽轮发电机系统和DCS集散控制系统及辅助设施等,成功回收这部分余热资源。
UaSteel has two sets of 300m^2 sintering machine, the annual output of sinter approximately is 7 million tom. The sintering cooler produces approximately 800000m^3/h, 395℃ haze (two sets together). Generating System is mainly made up of four parts: Haze recycling expulsion system; Waste heat boiler system, two sets; Turbo generator system; Distributional control System (DCS) ets.. These weast heat is recycled by using this four parts.
