摘要
试验研究了营养液培养条件下,镉和铅胁迫对雪菜吸收镧的影响。结果表明,镉主要降低了雪菜地上部镧的含量,对雪菜根中镧的含量影响不显著。铅主要抑制了镧在雪菜根中的累积;对于雪菜地上部镧含量的影响表现为,当溶液中La≤1mg.L-1时,铅使镧的含量下降;当溶液中La浓度为5mg.L-1时,铅对雪菜地上部镧的含量无显著影响。
The influences of Cd and Pb on the bioaccumulation of La in Brassica juncea vat. crispifolia under hydroponics culture were investigated. The results showed that Cd had no significant effect on the content of La in roots, but reduced La bioaccumulation in shoots. Pb markedly inhibited La accumulation in roots. Pb decreased La content in shoots when the level of La in solution ≤1mg·L^1, however, La had no impact on La content in shoots when La≥5mg·L^1.
