La对Cd胁迫下大豆膜脂过氧化及POD活性的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Lanthanum (La) on Membrane Lipid Peroxidation (POD) and Its Activity in Soybean Seedling Under Cadmium Stress

摘要 利用水培方法研究了稀土镧(LaC l3)对不同C d浓度(20、50、80m g·L-1)胁迫下大豆幼苗膜脂过氧化及PO D活性的影响。实验表明,C d胁迫下叶绿素含量降低,质膜透性增大,M D A含量上升,PO D活性提高,且随C d浓度上升变幅增大;适量的La(20m g·L-1)在一定程度上缓解C d伤害,且对低浓度胁迫的防护效应优于高浓度。考察0~80h动态变化时发现,不同处理条件下,各项生理生化指标的动态变化曲线不尽一致,皆非简单的线性过程,同时也反映出相应的剂量效应和防护效果的差异。 Effects of La on lipid peroxidation and activity of POD in soybean seedlings under different concentrations of Cd stress were studied using water culturing in our lab. The results showed that chlorophyll contents in the plants treated with Cd at concentrations of 20 mg·L-1, 50 mg·L-1 and 80 mg·L-1 decreased, by 9.3%, 15.2%and 21.2%, respectively, while membrane permeability increased by 11.0%, 17.6%and 27.4%, MDA content also increased,by 12.3%, 15.2%and 30.8%and activity of POD promoted by 4.2%, 23.4%and 40.6%, respectively, compared to the control. The range of change was related with the concentrations of Cd. It was also proved that the damaged degree was more serious when the concentration of Cd was higher. Compared to the plants treated only with Cd, the ranges of change in four indexes of the plants pretreated with La at the concentration of 20 mg·L-1 decreased readily. Chlorophyllcontents decreased by 7.9%, 5.7%and 2.6%, membrane permeability increased by 1.5%, 4.9%and 11.2%, MDA contents also increased, respectively, by 6.9%, 8.6%and 24.7%, and activity of POD promoted 0.6%, 9.8%and 40.6%, respectively, compared to CK, which proved that a suitable concentration of La can alleviate injury of plant under Cd stress. During 0~80 h after treatmentwith Cd, the results showed that the changing curves of each physiological topics are not identical, or exactly speaking, not simple linear response.
