介绍了图书馆业务外包的有利因素,并就高校图书馆在实行业务外包过程中所出现的风险提出相应的防范措施。
This paper discusses the advantages of the Library outsourcing, and in the meantime, the risk that has emerged during this process and its preventive measures.
