摘要
图书馆业务外包是指图书馆利用外部的专业化资源,将一些非核心的次要的或辅助性的业务,以合约的方式委托外部服务机构办理,以克服内部人员不足,降低运营成本,强化核心服务,提高图书馆服务水平。
Library affairs being outsourced refers that library makes use of outside specialized resources, lets outside agencies to do some secondary and subsidiary work for them to overcome the shortage of hands, reduce the cost of operation, strengthen the core service and promote the standard of service.
