摘要
《汕头经济特区户外广告设置规划》将户外广告设置规划控制分为四个模块:法规规范模块、规划设计模块、技术标准模块和管理措施模块。规划从宏观、中观、微观层面,采用技术指引具体要求与归口管理措施相结合的规划控制流程,形成网络状的控制系统。
The Planning for Outdoor Advertisements Set-up in Shantou Special Economic Zone has divided the planning control for outdoor advertisements into four modules-code: criterion module, planning and design module, technical standard module, and management measure module. Planning should be carded out from the macro, neutral and micro aspects so as to form a planning control flow with combination of technical guidance for specific requirements and measures taken for centralized management by specialized departments and form a network like system control.
