摘要 采用机械合金化方法制备Fe70Zr10B20磁性非晶合金粉末.分析Fe70Zr10B20非晶合金的晶化机制;研究非晶制备过程中样品磁性能的变化规律及热处理对Fe70Zr10B20非晶合金磁性能的影响.结果表明,Fe70Zr10B20非晶合金以一次晶化的模式晶化;非晶制备过程中样品的磁性及非晶热处理后样品的磁性与其结构、颗粒尺寸、应力和缺陷等因素有关. Fe70Zr10B20 magnetic amorphous alloy was prepared by the mechanical alloying method, and its crystallization mechanism was analyzed. The magnetic properties of Fe70Zr10B20 mixed powders during the mechanical alloying and Fe70Zr10B20 amorphous alloy at different heat temperatures were researched. The results show that the Fe70Zr10B20 amorphous alloy crystallized in primary crystallization mode. The magnetic properties of Fe70Zr10B20 magnetic amorphous alloy are related with structure, pellet size, stress, defect and other factors.
