摘要
先秦时期有关社会保障方面的思想,对后世产生了深远的影响。虽然这些社会保障思想还没有形成完整、严密的体系,并且实施的根本目的是为了维护统治阶级自身的利益,但其中以民为本、强化政府在社会保障工作中的作用、成立互助组织及关注弱势群体等思想,在今天依然可以为我们所借鉴。
This article mainly analyses the social security thoughts during the Pre-qin dynasty, such as the primarily thoughts of social relief in Zhouli and helping the poor in Guanzi and the Confucianist＇ s prospering common people by pursuing the kind politics and the Mohist school＇ s thoughts of cooperation in the folk and so on. This article also describes the main characteristics of the social security thought during the Pre-qin dynasty and these thoughts will enlighten the social security that is spreading today.
