摘要
西龙池抽水蓄能电站引水斜井长756.59m,倾角56°或60,°是大坡度超长斜井。斜井开挖采用阿里玛克爬罐自下而上打导井和反井钻自上而下打导孔再反拉导井技术,并设施工支洞。施工中针对导洞位置选择、扩挖掌子面设计、钻机定位、测量工艺、贯通精度、爆破方式等,采取了一系列的技术措施,安全优质地完成了斜井施工。
The inclined shaft with a length of 756.59 meters and an angle of 56 or 60 degrees in Xilongehi Pumpedstorage Power Station is the one with high-gradient and over-length. During the construction, Alimak Raising Climber is used as a operating platform to excavate the shaft from bottom to top; and on the other working surface, the Rotary Drilling Machine is used to drill pilot hole from top to bottom and then expand the hole from bottom to top. There are 4 adits along the working site and a series of technical measures have been taken for location selection of pilot shaft, heading face design, drill position, breakthrough accuracy, survey technology and blasting method, in this way, the excavation of inclined shaft has been Completed Safely in high quality.
