摘要
从生态角度借鉴了国际上先进的压力状态响应(PSR)模式构建了水利水电工程生态效应状态压力效应(SPE)评价指标体系框架模型,综合选取了水利水电工程的生态效应评价指标集,并就具体评价指标的标准进行了率定。将所建立的评价指标体系应用于澜沧江大朝山水电站生态效应的评价中,实例研究表明,所建指标体系具有很好的适用性。
Based on advanced pressure-state-response (P-S-R) mode from abroad, a framework of state-pressure-effect(S-P-E) evaluation index system for ecological effect of hydropower projects is constructed. Furthermore, the index set for ecological effect evaluation of hydropower projects is determined comprehensively, and the criteria for particular evaluation indexes are calibrated. The application of the index system developed in this study to ecological effect evaluation of Dachaoshan Hydropower Station on the Lancangjiang River shows that the present system is of high applicability.
