摘要
在分析北京市餐厨垃圾管理现状的基础上,结合目前国内外餐厨垃圾技术动态和北京市整体发展现状,从政策法规与标准、管理机构与职责、管理办法、鼓励政策与准入制度,以及处理技术方案等方面,阐明了北京市在餐厨垃圾规范化管理过程中应采取的方法与措施。
Beijing food residuals management countermeasure has been drawn up on the basis of analysis of Beijing food residuals management present situation, combining present technical trends of food residuals treatment at home and abroad and Beijing overall development. On the side of policy, regulation and standard, management organization and obligation, management methods, encouragement policy and permission system, technical plan and so on, the measure should be taken in the course of standardized management of Beijing food residuals was expounded.
