摘要 为了使导线满足国家特高压电网建设的需要,论述了我国第一批1000kV特高压导线的工艺控制方法,分析了影响导线表面质量、电阻率、紧密度以及影响铝单线强度均匀性的原因。采取一系列工艺控制措施后提高了导线的表面质量:通过对铝液中Si、Fe和其它微量元素的控制并利用稀土、铝硼等微量元素处理技术,提高了铝线的导电率;绞合过程中采用立柱式预扭装置并对导线各层节径比合理搭配,保证了大截面导线紧密度的要求;结合多年的实际经验提出了一些新的控制措施在铝单线强度均匀性控制方面取得了很好效果。通过该批导线的生产,证明我国导线生产厂家具有生产大截面、特高压导线的能力。 The paper presents the engineering-controlled method of the first national 1000kV ultra high voltage conductors; Analysizing the reason that influence the conductor surface quality、resistivity、compactness and the uniformity of the single aluminum strength; taking series of measures such as purifying the aluminum liquid, adjusting the rolling machine, selecting the wire drawing die, controlling the oil temperature, storing and transporting the single conductor and the stranding of the conductors to improve the conductor surface quality; By controlling the (Si、Fe etc. )microelements of the aluminum liquid and using microelement handling technology to improve the conductivity of the aluminum wires; During the process of stranding, the lay ratios of different layers are arranged reasonably by the column type pre-twisting device to satisfy the compactness requirement of the large sectional conductor. In the aspect of the controlling uniformity of single aluminum conductor strength, the author puts forward some new controlling measures with his practical experience and gains desiring effect. Through manufacturing of this conductor, it is testified that the manufacturing technology of the large sectional ultra high voltage conductor has already been grasped by the conductor manufacturers, it can satisfy the demand of the national ultra high voltage power grid.
