摘要
对学科馆员服务作了介绍和分析,并在此基础上提出了对学科馆员制度要建立相应的评估机制,制定相应的评价指标、评估范围等。主要就服务水平、内容,学科馆员队伍建设,用户满意度,用户反馈,学科馆员综合素质能力水平,平台建设和网络模块等评价指标进行了探讨,并提出了评价时应采取的措施、主导思想及现实意义。
At present subject librarians project is one of the most important library services. This article introduce and analyses the service of subject librarians. More over, it puts forward that our nation's university libraries should set up an evaluation mechanism of the subject librarians system, establish relevant evaluation index and makes clear of the evaluation range. The discussion focuses on the service level, service content, professional development of subject librarians, patron's satisfaction;patron's feedback, overall ability of subject librarians, platform construction, meshwork module and so on. The measure and guiding thought for the evaluation is also put forward.
