摘要
泛在信息社会下图书馆将更加注重集成各类数据信息资源,有机嵌入用户环境,提供方便快捷的参考咨询服务,其服务特点更加倾向于应用智能技术,手段和方式也更加多样化、人性化。在分析泛在信息社会和图书馆开展泛在服务意义的基础上构建了图书馆泛在数字参考咨询服务的模型,包括:感知模块、网络模块和服务模块。
Ubiquitous information society is the result of highly developed information society,has a positive,far-reaching impact on the library＇s digital reference services as a new information environment.At first,this article expounds some features that displayed on the future digital reference services in ubiquitous information society.Then,the author builds a digital reference services model based on ubiquitous technology,including perception modules,network modules and service modules.
