摘要
通过查阅1994年以来我国学者对全纳教育研究的有关文章,发现全纳教育存在着一些需要进一步研究和探索的问题。“全纳教育”这个术语的翻译并不是非常准确,这影响了全纳教育在我国教育领域的正确理解与把握;各国千差万别的经济、文化、教育背景注定了各国在实施全纳教育时必须有所选择有所创新地吸收;十多年来人们对全纳教育一直争论不休与全纳教育的理论假设不是非常准确和可靠有一定的关系。一切从当地的实际情况出发又遵照普遍规律的安置形式就是该地某一残疾人教育最恰当的形式。
The author has reviewed the domestic articles since 1994 related to researches on inclusive education and finds that there indeed exist some issues worth further research and exploration. The inaccurate translation of "inclusive education" has a bad influence on the correct understanding and mastery of inclusive education in the field of education in our country; The diversified economic, cultural and educational backgrounds among different countries determine that the application of inclusive education in each country should be selective and creative~ More than ten years' argument over inclusive education relates with the inaccurate and unreliable theoretical hypothesis of inclusive education to some extent, The form which is based on the local situations and guided by universal principles is the best form to arrange the local paralyzed people.
