摘要
新城区是城市化建设中出现的,大多是在原城乡结合部发展起来的,是城市的扩大化。其在社会治安管理问题上,具有结乡结合部的特点,也表现出不同于老城市的一些新的问题和特点,加强对新城区的治安问题的研究,并找寻出一条适合的解决措施已成为当务之急。这些问题若得不到及时有效的解决就会成为新城区建设发展的瓶颈。
The new cities appear in the urbanization, most of which develop from the intersection of cities and countries. It is the enlargement of cities. They have some characteristics of the intersection of the cities and countries in the public security management, They appear some new characteristics which are quite different from the old cities. It is necessary to find a new way to save the problems of the new cities. It will be the barrier for the new cities＇ development if we couldnt save the new problems.
