硼对绵羊营养物质利用率的影响

摘要 选择健康的6月龄小尾寒羊与东北细毛羊杂交后代12只,采用单因素随机化试验设计,分成3组,每组4只羊。第1组对照组饲喂基础日粮,第2—3组分别在基础日粮中添加113mg·kg^-1。、226mg·kg^-1硼(以硼砂形式添加),研究添加硼对绵羊营养物质利用率的影响。试验结果表明:粗蛋白质和能量的利用率均以补硼226mg·kg^-1。组为最高,分别比对照组高0.86%和11.14%,补硼226mg·kg^-1对能量利用率的影响远大于对粗蛋白质利用率的影响;口粮中添加硼与对照组之间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。钙、磷、锌、镁的利用率随着硼水平的增加而升高,而添加硼降低了铁的利用率。 12 sheep of six months were assigned to 3 groups randomly, with 4 sheep each in an experiment with the single factor design, Sheep in first group were fed with basal diet as control. Group two and three were fed diet added 113mg·kg^-1, 226mg·kg^-1 boron respectively ( as the form of borax) , To study effects of dietary boron on the utilization of nutrition in sheep, results were as follows: The utilization rate to the protein and energy of the 226mg·kg^-1 boron group was the highest, which was 0. 86%, 11, 14% higher respectively than the control group, The effects of 226mg·kg^-1 boron on the utilization of energy were more significant than that of protein. The difference between group with boron and control group was not significant( P〉0.05), The utilization of calcium, phosphor, zinc and magnesium were increased with the improved levels of boron, Results of 113 mg·kg^-1 group were significantly higher than that of the control group and the 226mg·kg^-1 group, however, dietary boron decreased the utilization of iron.
