摘要
在大田条件下,以辽粳294(直立穗型)和沈农8718(弯曲穗型)为材料,研究了施氮量对水稻产量和品质的影响,结果表明,辽粳294和沈农8718获得高产的适宜施氮量分别为190kg.hm-2和167kg.hm-2。两个品种的产量、品质性状对氮肥的反应基本相同。增加施氮量可显著增加单位面积的穗数,但同时也导致每穗颖花数、每穗成粒数减少,成粒率和千粒重下降。各品质指标中,氮肥对垩白率、垩白度的影响最大,其次是蛋白质、脂肪酸含量和整精米率,对其他品质指标影响相对较小。随着施氮量增加,垩白率、垩白度、蛋白质含量显著增加,糙米率、精米率、直链淀粉含量、脂肪酸含量下降,而整精米率、胶稠度则与施氮量呈二次曲线关系。
Use the rice varieties of Liaojing 294 ( erect-panicle type) and Shennong 8718 (curved-panicle type) as experimental materials, the effect of N on grain yield and quality of rice was studied under the field condition. The results were as follows: The appropriate amounts of N of Liaojing 294 and Shennong 8718 were 190kg·hm^-2 and 167kg·hm^-2, respectively. The responses of yield, quality traits of two rice varieties to fertilizer-N were similar. With increasing of the amount of N-applied, the numbers of panicle increased significantly, but all of spikelets per panicle, ripened grains per panicle, percentage of ripened grains and 1000-grain weight reduce obviously. Among the rice quality traits, chalky grain and chalkincss area were the most sensitive to N-fertilizer, the protein content, fatty acid content and head rice rate were susceptible, and the others were little correspondingly. With increasing of the amount of N-applied, chalky grain, chalkiness area and protein content increased significantly, brown rice rate, milled rice rate, amylose content and fatty acid content decreased, head rice rate and gel consistency responsed in conic, respectively.
