烟气脱硝工艺及其化学反应原理分析 被引量:55

摘要 介绍NH3还原剂还原NOx的主要化学反应与相应的副反应以及两种主要脱硝工艺SNCR和SCR的特点、布置及温度要求范围。对SCR工艺的催化剂组成、活性组分及其它组分的作用进行了综述,提出了在此种催化体系中还需要进一步研究的一些化学机理。 A summary of main chemical reactions for reducing NO_x with agent NH_3 and corresponding sub-reactions,as well as features,layout,and required temperature range for two main technologies,namely selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) and selective catalytic reaction(SCR) have been presented,the composition of catalyst,effect of active components and other components for SCR technology being expounded.It is suggested that the further study on some chemical mechanisms in this catalytic system is also needed.
