摘要
用电导法考察了HLB值对丙烯酰胺体系电导率的影响规律,制备了性能稳定的丙烯酰胺反相微乳液体系,优化了该体系的聚合工艺,制得了2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-丙磺酸(ANPS)改性的阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺,着重考察了反应温度、引发剂浓度、聚合反应时间对聚合物固含量(S)及相对分子质量(膨。)的影响,并研究了聚合物粒子的粒径分布。聚合试验结果表明,在反应温度为40℃、引发剂浓度为1%、聚合反应时间为3h时可以得到聚合物固含量为22%,相对分子质量为2.15×10^6的聚合物微乳液。所得到的聚合物粒子的粒径分布较窄,大部分在170~175nm之间。
The inverse microemulsion of acrylamide was prepared, the stability of which at different HLB values was researched by conductivity method, and polyacrylamide modified with AMPS (Acrylamido Methyl Propane Sulfonic Acid ) was obtained by inverse microemulsion polymerization. The effects of emulsion time, polymerizing temperature, polymerizing time and concentration of initiator on the relative molecule weight ( MR ) and solid content (S) of the polyacrylamide have been studied, and the distribution of the particles radius of polymer has been researched. The results show that PAM with solid content(S) of 22% and relative molecule weight ( Mn ) of 2.15 ×10^6 was obtained, and the distribution of the particles radius of PAM is very narrow, its radius is in the range of 170nm - 175nm, and the PAM particles can be looked as monodisperse.
