摘要
采用爆轰法制备出主要含金红石型、锐钛矿型以及其混晶的二氧化钛粉末。粉末用X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积(BET)等手段进行了表征。结果表明,产物的粒度大约为8.4nm^50nm,比表面积最大可达107.8m2/g,平均孔径约6nm^15nm,产物的晶型主要为金红石型和锐钛矿型,粉末的粒度随炸药量的增加而增大,比表面积减小,孔的尺寸变大,同时产物中的金红石型含量增加,锐钛矿型含量减少。
Efficient process of explosion synthesis has been established for the synthesis of anatase and rutile as well as their mixtures. The powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), BET surface areas. The results showed that the as-prepared grain size was from 8.4 nm to 50 nm, and the maximal SBET was 107.8 m^2/g, the average pore size distribution of the sample was 6 nm to 15 nm. With increasing the proportion of detonator, the size of TiO2 crystallite increased, the BET surface areas decreased, the pore size increased, meanwhile the contents of rutile increased and anatase decreased.
