摘要
建立基于疲劳寿命预腐蚀影响系数曲线(C—T曲线)的加速腐蚀因子统计分析方法。C反映预腐蚀对结构疲劳寿命的影响,以C为腐蚀量,给出基于C—T曲线的加速腐蚀因子的定义;假设疲劳寿命服从对数正态分布、C—T曲线呈指数形式,建立加速因子的表达式,并得到加速腐蚀因子与腐蚀时间无关的结论;建立加速腐蚀因子估计值的分布形式和统计分析方法。并从C—T曲线的通用性出发,说明加速腐蚀因子与应力水平、载荷谱以及裂纹尺寸无关。
The reliability analysis of acceleration corrosion factor for accelerated corrosion test to service or natural exposure envir- onment on fatigue critical components is performed based on the pre-corrosion coefficient curve( C-T crave) of fatigue life. The acceleration corrosion factor is defined as the ratio of service time to accelerated time corresponding to the stone pre-corrosion coefficient ( C(T) ). Assuming the C- T curve is power function formula, equations for acceleration corrosion factor are established. The acceleration corrosion factor is proved to ire a constant regardless of reliability degree and corrosion time. The distribution of acceleration corrosion factor estimate is gained, and the confidence intervals of acceleration corrosion factor are obtained. The weal-correlation between acceleration corrosion factor and stress level, load spectrum and crack size is gained base on the generality of C-T curves.
