摘要
目的:探讨对脑卒中患者进行早期康复治疗的方法及其对患者神经功能重建的影响。方法:将180例具有中度以上神经功能缺损的脑卒中患者随机分为康复组和对照组各90例,2组均接受神经内科常规药物治疗,康复组同时接受早期康复治疗。于治疗前、治疗后1个月评定2组神经功能缺损程度、肢体运动功能(FMA评分)及日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)。结果:康复组神经功能缺损程度评分、FMA评分及Barthel指数的改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者的早期康复治疗,能帮助患者改善运动功能,促进神经功能恢复,提高患者ADL能力。
Objective:The effect of early rehabilitation training on neural functional reconstruction in patients with acute strokes was evaluated, Methods,, 180 patients with moderate neural functional deficits after stroke were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (n=90) and the control group (n= 90), The patients in the rehabilitation group were subjected to early rehabilitation training in addition to medical treatment, while those in the control group only to medical treatment. Before treatment and 1 month after the treatment, neural functional deficits, motor function of upper and lower extremities (FMA assessment), activities of daily living (Bathel index) were assessed in the recruited patients. Results: The motor scores and ADL scores in the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05), Conclusion: The early rehabilitation training of the patients with strokes can obviously improve motor function of the limbs, enhance the recovery of neural function, and raise ADL scores in patients with acute cerebral strokes.
