摘要
凝血系统异常在脓毒症发生、发展过程中具有重要作用,而脓毒症的主要病理生理学变化是严重全身感染引起的炎性反应过度激活及凝血功能障碍,二者相互作用,本文就这方面的研究进展简要综述,从发病机制上为脓毒症的临床治疗和预后提供思路。
The disorder of coagulation system has play an important role in the occurence and development of sepsis, in which the main pathophysiologieal changes are the over inflammatory reaction and coagulation disorders, as well as their interaction.This article reviews the progresses related to this in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment and prognosis of sepsis from its pathogcnesis.
