摘要
针对循环水系统微生物腐蚀严重和粘泥过多的情况,仪化热电厂对冷却塔进行了人工清淤除藻、对循环水管道进行了阴极保护,并对循环水采取投加缓蚀阻垢剂、杀生剂(包括氧化性杀生剂、非氧化性杀生剂和粘泥剥离剂)和旁流过滤等措施。这些措施实施后,循环水系统微生物腐蚀和粘泥得到了有效控制。
In view of serious microbiological corrosion and much slime in circulating water system, some measures including artificial desilting and algae removal for cooling tower, cathode protection for circulating water pipeline, adding corrosion and scale inhibitor or biocides (the oxidative biocide, non- oxidative biocide and slime stripper) into the circulating water and by-pass filtration were taken in Thermal Power Plant of Jiangsu Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co. Ltd. After these measures were put into practice, microbiological corrosion and slime in circulating water system were effectively controlled.
