摘要
敞开式循环冷却水系统在运行的过程中,会有各种微生物生长在换热器的金属表面以及冷却塔下面的水池中,冷却水系统成了一个微生物的捕集器和培养器。这些微生物的存在,特别是可引起故障的微生物的存在会影响冷却水系统的正常运行,引起金属腐蚀,管道堵塞等一系列故障。因此,很有必要控制冷却水系统中的微生物。本文对敞开式循环冷却水系统中的微生物及其控制方法作一综述。
In the course of running the open recircling cooling water systems, all kinds of microbes will grow in the heat exchangers and cooling towers . The cooling water syetems become a microbial collector and culture vessel. These microbes that can cause fault will influence the natural function of cooling water systems, causing corrosion, pipelines damage and so on. So, it is necessary to control the microbe in the cooling water syetems. In my article, I summarize the microbial controlling methods and all kinds of microbes in the open recircling cooling water systems.
