非洲油气资源丰富,开发潜力诱人。为实现海外能源来源多元化,各大能源消费国在世纪之交的非洲掀起能源外交和国际开发热潮。中非油气合作是双方在新形势下推进务实合作、谋求共同发展的重要一环,已在20世纪90年代以来,特别是近年来取得了可喜的成就。虽然存在若干不足与障碍,但随着中非新型战略伙伴关系的友好发展,立足平等互利、追求互惠共赢的中非油气合作一定会展现广阔的前景。
Africa is plentiful of oil and gas resources with an exciting potential.To seek the plural energy supplies,the great energy consumers of the world have kindled the wave of diplomacy of energy and international cooperation in the Africa entering 21 stcentury.Sino-African cooperation in oil and gas exploitation is the important composition of the bilateral practical cooperation and of seeking the shared development,which has made delightful achievements since 1990's,especially in recent years.Although there are still some disadvantages and obstacles,Sino-African oil and gas cooperation,along with the development of the new type Sino-African strategic partnership,based on the principle of mutual benefit and obtaining win-win result,is sure to present a bright perspective.
