摘要
基于有限元结构分析,并结合参数化建模,得到自行式挂车车架的概念化设计,然后采用ANSYS中的SHELL63壳单元和SOLID45实体单元对车架进行了两种工况下的强度和刚度分析,计算出整个车架的应力分布,进而用APDL语言编制了优化设计程序对车架进行了结构优化,得到了满足结构强度的最佳方案。
Based on the FEM structure analysis with parameter model, the concept design of the frame is obtained. Then the strength and stiffness of the frame of the self propelled trailer in two case, with shell63 and solid45 of ANSYS. Based on the optimization design program written by APDL, the frame is remodeled parametrically and the structure design is optimized while satisfying the strength need.
