摘要
采用室外模拟堆肥试验,研究了4种重金属钝化剂(A:2.5%沸石+2.5%粉煤灰;B:2.5%沸石+5.0%磷矿粉;C:2.5%沸石+2.5%钙镁磷肥;D:2.5%沸石)与CK(不添加钝化剂)处理对猪粪堆肥中Cu、Pb、Zn形态转化的影响.结果表明,堆肥处理促进猪粪中重金属Cu、Pb、Zn由活性高的可交换态向活性低的残渣态转化;堆肥中添加钝化剂沸石、粉煤灰、磷矿粉、钙镁磷肥,能提高堆肥对重金属Cu、Pb、Zn的钝化能力;处理A和B对可交换态重金属Cu、Pb和Zn的钝化效果均在80%以上,与对照差异显著.
Experiments were carried out to study the effect of 4 heavy-metal passivators(A :2.5% zeolite +2.5% coal fly ash; B :2.5% zeolite + 5.0% phosphate rock; C: 2.5% zeolite +2.5% calcium magnesium phosphate; D: 2.5% zeolite.) and CK on concentration and forms of heavy metals in pig manure after aerobic compositing. Then the passivation effect of different heavy metal passivators on the compost process was discussed. The results showed :the 4 passivators could promote transformation of heavy metals: Cu, Pb, Zn in the aerobic composting from the state of being active and trans formable into the state of being inactive in the form of residues. Application of passivators: zeolite, coal ftyash, phosphate rock, calcium magnesium phosphate could enhance its capacity to passivate heavy metals Cu, Pb, Zn. Among the 4 heavy metal passivators, passivator A or B produced the best passivation effect in decreasing the content of exchangeable Zn, Cu or Pb by over 80%, indicating a significant difference with test CK.
