摘要
目的 探讨超声引导经皮穿刺活检在睾丸、附睾病变诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 对20例可疑睾丸及附睾病变行超声引导下经皮穿刺活检，所取组织以能作出明确组织病理诊断为取材满意，否则为不满意。术后病理诊断或随访至少6个月以上结果为最后诊断。结果 20例共22个病灶均取材满意，每个病灶取材2～3次不等，所取组织为白色或红白相间。所有病例穿刺活检后均无严重并发症。结论 超声引导下经皮穿刺活检睾丸及附睾病变的准确性高，并发症少，是临床确诊睾丸、附睾病变性质的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound-guided biopsy for diagnosis of testis and epididymis lesions. Methods Ultrasound-guided biopsy was performed in 20 testis and epididymis lesions patients who were hard diagnosed clinically using 18G coarse needle. Satisfactory sampling was defined as the acquired tissue being large enough to give a definite diagnosis, otherwise as a dissatisfactory sampling. The pathologic diagnosis or the results over six months follow up were taken as the final diagnosis. Results The number of lesions receiving ultrasound-guided biopsy were 22 in 20 patients. The mean puncture times was 2-3. Histologic examinations were finished in all cases. The satisfactory rate of sampling 18G were 100%. There were not serious complications in all cases. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided biopsy is sensitive and accurate technique in the diagnosis of testis and epldidymis lesions with a lower incidence of complication,especially for difficult diagnoses on ultrasonography.
