VEGF-C在人直肠癌中的表达及其意义

THE EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF VEGF-C IN RECTAL ADENOCARCINOMA OF HUMAN

摘要 目的:检测VEGF-C在人直肠癌组织中的表达,探讨VEGF-C在直肠癌发生、发展和淋巴结转移中的作用。方法:选用31例泸州医学院附属医院直肠腺癌患者手术切除并经病理切片确诊为直肠腺癌的癌组织石蜡标本,其中高分化腺癌10例,中分化腺癌12例,低分化腺癌9例。采用免疫组织化学方法检测VEGF-C在癌组织中的表达。结果:在31例直肠腺癌组织的癌细胞胞浆中有17例VEGF-C表达阳性,其中高分化腺癌2例,中分化腺癌7例,低分化腺癌8例,总阳性表达率为54.8%。结论:免疫组织化学方法显示VEGF-C在直肠癌组织中有较高表达。本研究探讨VEGF-C在直肠癌发生、发展中的作用,为直肠癌的治疗提供了新思路。 Objective: To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) in rectal adenocarcinoma tissue, and to determine the function of VEGF-C in the process of occurrence, development and lymphatic metastasis of rectal adenocarcinoma.Methods: The expression of VEGF-C was detected in 31 paraffinembedded samples of rectal adenocarcinoma tissue from the department of pathology of Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College using immunohistochemistry method. Among 31 cases of rectal adenocarcinom, there were 10 cases of high differentiation 12 cases of middle differentiation and 9 cases of low differentiation rectal adenocarinoma. Results: In plasma of cancer cell of rectal adenocarcinoma, VEGF-C positive expression was detected in 17 of 31 cases (2 cases of high differentiation, 7 cases of middle differentiation and 8 cases of low differentiation), the positive rate is 54.8%. Conclusion: The positive rate of VEGF-C is high in rectal anedocarinoma cell. It is valuable to study the function of VEGF-C in the process of occurrence and development of rectal cancer and to exploit the mechanism of lymphatic metastasis.
