摘要
目的:探讨采用高住(氧浓度为11.3%,相当于海拔高度5000m)低练对SD大鼠网织红细胞相关参数,红细胞计数、血红蛋白等成熟红细胞参数的影响。方法:56只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为7组,每组8只;低氧组每天置氧浓度为11.3%的低氧舱3h,每周6d,持续时间2周;低氧组和常氧组在常氧下为跑台训练,运动负荷由18×30m/min递增至28×60m/min,坡度始终保持10%;对照组正常条件下居住。结果:实验组的Retic%明显高于对照组(P<0.01),低氧组的Retic%高于常氧组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,低氧组的H-IRF%、M-IRF%、IRF-M+H(%)明显高些,L-IRF%明显低些(P<0.01),实验组的RBC、Hb、HCT与对照组相比没有显著性差异。结论:低氧刺激了骨髓的造血功能;通过高住低练可以提高机体的载氧能力,但这一作用必须在2周以上才明显。
The purpose of this study was to discuss the effect of living high/training low at altitude of 5 000 m on indexes of reticulocyte ,red blood cells in Sprague-Dauley rats. Fifty six Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into seven groups. The living high rats stay in a chamber of 11.3% oxygen everyday for 3 hours,and the trained rats ran 2 weeks on treadmill, The training load was incremented from 18 × 30 m/min to 28 ×60 m/min. The slope always keeps at 10%. The result showed that after training for two weeks, the level of Retic improved(P〈0.01) and the level of Retic % in Hilo is higher than Lilo(P〈0.05). The level of M-IRF %, H-IRF% and IRF-M+ H (%~ ) improved, then the level of L-IRF% decreased (P 〈 0.01). The level of RBC,Hb and HCT had no changed(P〉0.05). It concluded that low oxygen had stimulated the hemopoiesis and Hilo could enhance the ability of carrying oxygen,but this function was not obvious until two weeks.
