摘要
高等学校加强师德建设和学风建设是全面贯彻党的教育方针的根本保证,是适应新时期发展的需要,是高等学校自身发展的需要,是学生成长和成才的需要。建设优良的学风关键在于建设一支优秀的教师队伍,而建设一支优秀的教师队伍的关键在于提高教师的道德水平。
To improve the teachers＇ professional ethics and the students＇ style of study is necessary to implement our Party＇ s educational guideline and to adapt to the developemnt in new times. It meets the need of students ＇ growth and becoming a useful person. The key for the good style of study relies on a good teaching team, but a good teaching team depends on the improvement of the teachers＇ professional ethics.
