高产杂交稻增产潜力的生物学基础研究 被引量:3

摘要 以两优培九为材料,以其亲本及汕优63、培两优288为对照,采用不同的施肥水平处理,分析比较生育期动态、3片功能叶总叶面积、干物质积累等特征与产量构成的关系。结果表明:不同施肥条件下两优培九全生育期最长(尤其是籽粒灌浆期较长)、最后3片功能叶叶面积最大;两优培九生物产量高于亲本,高肥条件下,两优培九生物产量最高、有效穗数最多;高、中肥条件下,两优培九平均一次枝梗数、每穗实粒数最多、有效穗数多于汕优63。说明株叶形态好、光合面积大、最后3片功能叶功能期长、物质积累多、籽粒灌浆期长,在肥水较充足时,能较好地协调穗粒数和有效穗数间的关系是高产杂交稻高产的重要生物学基础。 In order to probe into yield-increasing potential of high-yield hybrid rice, the relationship between growth period, the area of the uppermost three fimctional leaves, the dry matter accumulation and the yield composition of Liangyoupeijiu was comparatively analyzed with its parents and Shanyou 63, Peiliangyou 288 as control under the different fertilizer applications. It was showed that ①the area of the uppermost three functional leaves was the largest in all materials under higher fertilizer application. As far as Liangyoupeijiu, it lasted the longest time during the whole growth period (especially in grain-filling period) and the area of the uppermost three fimctional leaves was the largest.②the biological yield of Liangyoupeijiu was higher than those of its parents under the different fertilizer applications, but Liangyoupeijiu had highest biological yield, more effective panicles under higher fertilizer application, All these showed that better morphological characters,large photosynthetic area,long photosynthetic period and grain-filling period were important biological base for high-yield hybrid flee. Super-hybrid rice showed its heterosis and better harmonized relationship between grains per panicle and effective panicle only under high fertilizer application.
