摘要
资源危机业已成为全球和中国社会本身不可回避的重大课题,建立生态文明不仅是应对全球性资源危机的一剂良方,也是中国健康发展社会主义经济建立小康社会的必然选择。本文以资源危机作为研究背景,探讨了当今中国社会应通过技术创新、加大国家财政的支持力度、建立更完整的法规体系和增强国人意识等方法努力把生态文明发展成为更成熟的价值观。
The resources crisis has become an inevitably topic that not only the global but also the Chinese society cannot get around. The establishment of ecosystem civilization is a good method that replies the global resources crisis, as well as the inevitable choice which China depends on to develop heahhly and builds up the well - off society. Basing on the background of resources crisis, this article probes into a more mature value： the Chinese society should enhance the technique renovation, enlarge the national public finance of support strength, build up more complete laws system and strengthen the people＇ s consciousness.
