摘要
为实现对印染前处理丝光工艺中的碱液浓度控制,设计开发了碱液浓度实时控制系统。本文介绍了采用pH复合电极测量pH值的方法、pH值测量的原理以及电极的标定,并分析了系统的软硬件设计。本文中的系统能够对生产过程中的碱液浓度进行实时检测与控制,满足连续生产的要求。
A lye concentration control system is designed to keep the concentration for pre-process technique of polish printing and dyeing industry. The method of measurement of pH value using pH electrode, the calibration electrode are introduced, and the hardware and software design are also discussed .
