摘要
综述了常规pH值检测手段,对常用传感器的性能作了比较,分析一些在线pH计不能正常投运的主要原因。重点对严重污染、高温、高压及易干扰等工业现场pH计自动检测所遇到的困难,提出了解决问题的思路和方法。
The conventional measures for pH measurement are described comprehensively.The comparison onthe transducers commonly used are given and the reasons why some of the on-line pH meters can not be put into proper operations are analysed.The concepts and measures to overcome the difficulties of automatic pH measurement in process industries with high temperature, high pressure,bad contami-nant and interference are emphasised.
