摘要
Flash存储器是近十年来应用广泛的一种半导体存储器。本文介绍了Flash存储器的结构和特点,这是建立专门的Flash文件系统的基础。根据其特点,详细描述了现有3种主流的Flash文件系统和2种非主流的Flash文件系统,重点研究了TrueFFS的结构。
In recent ten years, Flash memory has been applied in many fields as a kind of semiconductor memory. This paper introduces structures and features of Flash memory which arc the basis of Flash file system. Based on its features, this article describes three kinds of mainstream Flash file systems and two others, especially TrueFFS.
