基于SOPC和SD卡的嵌入式存储系统设计与实现

摘要 设计中使用SOPCBuilder开发工具构造以处理器为基础的系统,针对系统的要求配置NiosⅡ软核、Avalon总线以及外围接口系统.设计中完成了微控制器对SD卡的基本读写功能,实现了SPI模式对SD卡的读写设计,并在SPI模式读写SD卡的基础上,按照FAT16文件格式实现了在SD卡中创建并读写文件的程序设计.该方案实现了扩充嵌入式系统内存的目的,是一种有效解决嵌入式系统内存偏小问题的方案。 Designers use SOPC Builder system development tool to construct system based on proces- sor.According to own request , designers can configure NIOS Ⅱ soft nucleus , Avalon bus and pe- ripheral interface system.This system has achieved the base reading and writing function and strong manipulation , realize the software design for reading and writing SD card in the SPI mode. Based on the above design , we also realize the software design of creating and reading and writing files in the SD card according to FAT16file format.This scheme provides an effective way to solve the embedded system memory bottleneck problem , and achieves the goal of extending embedded system memory.
