摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对上海市特殊体育教师专业化现状进行调查与分析。结果发现:上海市特殊体育教师队伍趋向年轻化;教师具备较高的专业道德素质,但其专业知识水平偏低,专业能力发展不平衡;教师在职进修亟待加强;教师专业组织力量薄弱;特殊教师资格认定制定不完善。据此提出上海市特殊体育教师专业化发展建议。
The research methods of literature, questionnaire etc. were used to investigate and analyze the status quo of Shanghai special physical education teachers＇ specialization. The findings are that Shanghai special physical education teachers＇ rank tends to youthfulization; the teachers have higher professional moral quality, but their level of professional knowledge is a bit low, the development of their professional ability is Unbalanced; the in-service training of the teachers is badly in need of being strengthened; the strength of the teachers＇ professional organization is weak; and the system of recognizing special P.E. teachers＇ qualification is imperfect. Therefore, it raised some proposals for the professionalized development of Shanghai special P.E. teachers.
