摘要
                
                    针对新型ZJ19卷接机组电气控制系统存在的结构复杂、故障频发等问题,设计了机组的上位机软件,完成机组的状态监视、故障诊断与记录、控制参数设置、系统功能组态等功能。上位机软件采用NI的具有虚拟仪器解决方案的MeasurementStudioforVisualC++6.0开发,上位机与PLC的实时通讯运用多线程技术和Siemens的ProdaveS7软件包实现。该软件界面友好,数据采集与处理能力强,能帮助用户对机组实施有效的运行监控。
                
                Aiming at the problems of complex structure and frequent faults existing in new ZJ19 cigarette making and tipping machine combination, the host computer software was designed to carry out machine status monitoring, fault diagnosis and recording, control parameter setting, system functional configuration, etc. The software was developed with Measurement Studio for Visual C + + 6.0, a NI development tool with virtual instrument solutions. The real-time communication between host computer and PLC was implemented by multithread technology and Prodave S7 software package. This host computer software featured friendly interface, powerful data acquisition and processing ability, and effective monitoring of the machine combination running.
