摘要
针对现场总线存在的缺点和不足,用现在流行的OPC规范,构造了SHDSP2003现场总线软件体系结构,上层监控软件是用VB编写的OPC客户应用程序,通过与本地OPC服务器连接,实现了对智能仪表组态、参数文件下载以及实时数据监控功能,控制系统智能仪表是采用美国TI公司TMS320C28xx系列32位DSP。通过实际中的应用,该客户应用程序完全实现各种预期的功能,性能稳定,通信速度快,数据传输效率高。该方案已经成功运用到"工业现场智能化设备的嵌入式软件构件平台研究"中,证明了该控制系统的有效性。
To the shortcoming and deficiency of fieldbus, the structure of fieldbus software system is builded. The upper supervisory software is OPC client which links with OPC service and achieves the downloading of configuration and parameter files for intelligent instruments.The instruments are 32 bits DSP chips of American TI Company. By the practical applications, this OPC client can successfully achieve all kinds of prospective functions, such as performance stabilization, fast communication speed, and high data transmission efficiency. It is successfully applied to the research of embedded software component platform of industrial field instruments. The result shows the efficiencies of this control systems.
